              TIME          min. time
              INTEGER       min. time is used (0 = no, 1 = yes)
              TIME          max. time
              INTEGER       max. time is used (0 = no, 1 = yes)
   Output     INTEGER       difference in (integer) industryminutes between timestamp 1 and timestamp 2
