POWER()

Description

Returns x to the y'th power.

Result type: DOUBLE PRECISION

Syntax 

POWER (x, y)
  • If x is negative, an error is raised.

Important: If the external function POWER is declared in your database, it will override the internal function. To make the internal function available, DROP or ALTER the external function (UDF).
